Our Terms

ALL bookings require a £50 deposit. If terms and conditions are not adhered to, the deposit will NOT be deducted from the final payment. Please find a list below of our terms and conditions:
1. With the mobile service, there must be adequate parking to accommodate a large van.
2. Location must provide an accessible electric plug socket to connect our cables (maximum distance of 20 metres). 
3. If the alloys or calipers have been previously refurbished or sprayed you must notify us as this can affect the quality of our work.
4. Customers are aware that if alloys are severely damaged then there is a small chance that alloys will not be 100% repairable and minor imperfections may remain.
5. Customers must provide accurate information when requested. (For example accurate images of wheels).
6. Customer must provide a locking wheel nut key.( if this is not available a 75 pound call out fee will be applied)
7. THE WHEEL SURGEON will not be liable if wheel nuts are not removable. ( wheel nut removal will be charged from 20 Pound for a standard nut and around 60 pound for a locking wheel nut. This will be charged as soon as the nut is broken free )
8. The customer must arrive at the agreed time (DEPOT OR MOBILE SERVICE) If later than 30 minutes, then a £20 fee will be charged.
9. Please ensure alloys are cleaned prior to us arriving, if the wheels are not cleaned a £10 charge will be applied per wheel.
10. Calipers are Only completed at THE WHEEL SURGEON WORKSHOP or in conditions that we are happy to work in.
11. A minimum of 72 hours notice must be given to cancel or rearrange a booking.
12. If any corrosion is present and not mentioned at the time of booking the wheel technician will do their best to remove it however the customer must be aware that imperfections may remain.
13. If any problems occur due to any of our work completed please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can try and rectify the issue.
14. Quotes are based and estimated on the photo that is requested of the worst alloy. If upon collection/drop off the alloy/alloys are in a worse condition the final price will reflect this. This will be discussed before any work is carried out, if the work is not carried out the deposit will be retained.

15. Payment must be made on completion unless a payment date or plan has been agreed prior. If not paid a late payment fee of 30 pounds will be added on day 7.
